If you would like to place a Florida State University logo on a wedding cake, graduation cake, birthday cake, etc. you must receive permission from the Office of Trademark Licensing.

To receive permission, please complete the cake request form at the link below. You will receive a response from us via e-mail within 24 business hours of the form being submitted to us.

Please note:

• As these are one-time, one-use and customized with the individual’s name, we do not charge a royalty on these.
• We do not allow commercial bakeries to advertise or produce items for the general public without a license agreement.
